Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Widely used and highly effective for a goal-oriented, structured approach that focuses on altering thought processes. Our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are directly linked, with our thoughts often motivating behaviour. CBT helps to identify, challenge, and ultimately change these patterns towards positive growth.

Mindfulness Based Therapy
Integrating mindfulness practices with traditional therapeutic approaches, such as becoming more aware of the present moment. Mindfulness based therapy encourages us to observe current feelings, situations and bodily sensations from a non-judgmental approach, with acceptance as the end goal.

Internal Family Systems Therapy
The mind is made up of many 'parts', which can become stuck due to past trauma or painful experiences. The goal in IFS is to help a person access and heal these parts to bring the internal system back into balance. We want to help discover acceptance, heal shame, understand protective factors to ultimately live in harmony.

Solution Focused Therapy
Forward thinking and solution-oriented, this collaborative approach is used to emphasize the skills and strengths that clients already possess. Solution focused therapy finds patterns in past issues and healing processes, takes note of areas for improvement, and helps to identify the steps needed to empower one to make a change.

Psychodynamic Therapy
Looking at the past and aiming to make connections and gain insight into current unconscious processes. Psychodynamic therapy looks into motivations, conflicts, expectations and emotional patterns throughout ones life in open talk therapy to increase self-awareness, improve emotional regulation and promote personal growth.
