Olivia is a registered psychotherapist with a passion for helping others.  Drawing from a solution-focused and strength-based approach, she believes that every individual possesses the innate skills to overcome life’s obstacles. Her goal is to empower you to tap into your own capabilities and achieve your personal goals.

Olivia is a compassionate and experienced therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate some of life’s most challenging transitions. She has experience providing support to those experiencing difficulties postpartum, facing relationship struggles, or feeling stagnant in their careers. She understands how difficult anxiety and depression can be, and personally has suffered from imposter syndrome as well as parentification. She also has knowledge of ADHD, including both the benefits and struggles it presents in daily life. Olivia also enjoys doing parts work (Internal Family Systems) and feels that understanding, identifying and addressing the relationships with all of the unique parts of oneself can bring healing, balance and acceptance. 

As a mother of two and a lover of animals, Olivia understands the complexities of balancing personal and professional life. This personal experience, combined with her genuine empathy, allows her to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment. You can expect a professional who will listen enthusiastically to your story and offer a warm, understanding presence.

Outside of her professional life, Olivia enjoys unwinding with a cup of tea, exploring nature through hiking or canoeing, and cherishing time with her family and dogs.

Danielle Watson

Treats Individuals of Any Age

Danielle is a Registered Psychotherapist dedicated to helping her clients find healing and strength. She believes in creating a warm, safe, and welcoming space where you can feel truly heard. She uses a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach to help you become aware of your inner strengths and build the skills you need to thrive.

Danielle has experience providing clients with the confidence and encouragement they need to accept themselves fully, no matter where they are in life. This confidence can be used to navigate relationship issues, meet longstanding goals, overcome body image struggles, or alter negative thoughts. Therapy with Danielle feels compassionate and understanding, which allows clients to truly open up and move towards growth. 

Danielle meets with clients of all ages, including children, and will use play and art therapy to help children explore their feelings and learn healthy ways of expressing themselves. She also enjoys meeting with the spouses of first responders, personally understanding the unique challenges which comes when a loved one is in this line of work. Danielle has a special interest in working with eating disorders, and was one of the co-founders of the first Niagara Eating Disorder Awareness Walk. 

​Outside of her practice, you can find Danielle enjoying life’s simple pleasures—like sipping a warm tea, working on a puzzle, spending time with her daughter, or cuddling up with her dogs.

Catarina Martins

Treats clients 12 and older, Couples

Catarina is a compassionate, relational, and client-centered Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who believes that healing begins by gently exploring the emotions and experiences at the core of our struggles. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you move at your pace, deepen understanding, and help you connect with your inner strength and resilience.

Catarina works from an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) lens to help you understand the emotions that shape your behaviours and the patterns you may find yourself repeating, using these tools to collaboratively build self-compassion and create meaningful change. A secure therapeutic relationship can be deeply healing for those experiencing distress, including; addiction, trauma, relationship distress, challenging friendships and breakups, anxiety, depression, PTSD, perfectionism, school stress, burnout, and difficult transitions.

Catarines supports individuals aged 12 and up. When working with young adolescents, she often incorporates creative expression as a way to meet them where they are and provide an outlet for emotions they may not yet have words for. She also enjoy working with adults who are looking to understand themselves more deeply or move through periods of change. No matter what you’ve been through, you won’t have to navigate it alone.

Outside of the therapy room, Catarina enjoys reading, crocheting, and spending time outdoors. Being with friends and family helps her to feel grounded and connected.

Brooke Bulitz

Treats clients 8 and older

Brooke is a Registered Social Worker dedicated to providing a compassionate and secure environment for clients aged 8 and older. Her practice is rooted in the belief that healing begins when a person feels truly validated and heard. Brooke is down to earth and easy to talk to, allowing most clients ease with which they share their stories. 

Brooke has experience providing support for those who have experienced gaslighting or the influence of narcissistic personalities. By utilizing a trauma-informed framework that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brooke helps her clients shift their perspectives and tap into their inherent strengths, encouraging clients to believe in themselves and move forward from difficult situations. She has extensive experience supporting survivors of domestic abuse and intimate partner violence, as well as individuals navigating the complexities of substance use.

Additionally, Brooke holds a special interest in helping clients overcome school and work burnout, drawing on her own personal experiences to provide authentic empathy and practical strategies for recovery.

When working with children and youth, Brooke utilizes creative, age-appropriate activities to help them identify and process their emotions in a safe space. Her ultimate goal is to empower every client to move past difficult experiences and toward their personal goals by gaining a deeper understanding of their own thoughts and feelings.

Outside of her clinical work, Brooke finds balance through travelling, reading, crafting, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
